Sporting Columbus aspires to lead Central Ohio in developing high-level players who succeed on and off the field. We are dedicated to helping every player achieve their personal goals. Sporting Columbus puts players first. If we can't provide the programming you desire, we'll help you find the right Club. Players don't belong to Sporting Columbus - we belong to them. We have a core group of coaches with a history of success in developing high-level players as they teach, encourage and mentor young athletes. Our youth will become better players and better people at Sporting Columbus.

We want to show proper SPORTSMANSHIP towards teammates, opponents, coaches, officials and spectators. There is grace in not only winning, but also losing. There is zero tolerance for negative behavior and engaging in conflict. We rise above this behavior and choose to be a positive reflection of our team, club and community.

Ultimately, youth sports should be fun. We want our PASSION to provide an instructional environment that is engaging, educational and enjoyable. We have an opportunity to give our youth a safe, fun place to learn youth sports that hopefully helps our youth acquire a PASSION for the game that lasts a lifetime.

We want our program to be a "no excuse" program. Excuses are the same as blaming someone else. OWNERSHIP is the way we show our core values.

We must give and demand RESPECT. A player who RESPECTS him/herself, coaches, parents, teammates and opponents will make an impact in the game and in life.

Teams achieve what individuals cannot. Success can be attributed to how a TEAM WORKS together. We want our coaches and players to understand with TEAMWORK and acting to benefit the whole, they'll reach new heights as an individual.

We want to instill an atmosphere of INTEGRITY by teaching "know and do what is right, even when it is difficult or nobody is watching" because doing this can teach patience, honesty, responsibility, dependability, accountability and caring.

We want to NURTURE the love of sport as well as the player's emotional well-being and talent.

We want to reflect our community's values of diversity, cooperation, and fair play and GIVE BACK in achievement, pride, and service.
